TERMS AND CONDITIONS — TPT ACADEMY MEMBERSHIP

These terms apply to all TPT Academy memberships purchased at www.tptacademy.co.uk. By purchasing a membership you agree to these terms.

MEMBERSHIP TERMS

All TPT Academy memberships are subject to a minimum 12 month commitment from the date of purchase. You will be billed monthly or annually depending on the plan you select. Annual plans are billed upfront for 10 months and include 2 months free.

MINIMUM TERM

By purchasing a membership you agree to a minimum term of 12 months. Cancellations requested before the end of the 12 month minimum term will not be processed until the minimum term has been completed. You may cancel at any point during your membership to prevent renewal beyond the minimum term.

CANCELLATION

To cancel your membership, log in to your TPT Academy account and manage your subscription settings, or email hello@tptacademy.co.uk. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial periods.

PRICING

All prices are displayed in GBP and are inclusive of any applicable taxes. TPT Academy reserves the right to change membership pricing with a minimum of 30 days notice to existing members.

CONTENT ACCESS

Access to TPT Academy content is personal and non-transferable. You may not share your login credentials or reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit any content from the platform.

REFUNDS

Due to the digital nature of TPT Academy content, refunds are not issued once access to content has been granted, except where required by UK consumer law.

COOLING OFF PERIOD

Under UK consumer law you have a 14 day cooling off period from the date of purchase. If you request a cancellation within 14 days and have not accessed any content, a full refund will be issued. If you have accessed content within the 14 day period you waive your right to a full refund.

CHANGES TO CONTENT

TPT Academy reserves the right to add, remove or modify content at any time. We will always endeavour to maintain or improve the quality and quantity of content available to members.

GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
